All services are provided to business customers only. By purchasing a service you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business and not as a consumer.

For lead generation services, a written service agreement governs each order. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the written service agreement for a specific order, the written service agreement prevails for that order.

Software subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The monthly plan renews monthly until you cancel before your next billing date. The 6-month plan is paid upfront for six months of access. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date.

All prices are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD).

We supply software, qualified enquiries and follow-up support. We do not guarantee appointments, loan approvals, settlements, sales or financial returns. Lead qualification is based on the applicant's own answers.

Each lead is supplied exclusively to one client only and may not be resold or redistributed to any other party.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
